Using our Advocacy Positions, developed through detailed study of these issues, we advocate on local issues through written and verbal testimony. We also choose to support or oppose ballot measures.
Learning together
League members learn about current issues facing the City of Portland and Multnomah County. Our Action Committee meets monthly to learn about local issues from local leaders.

- LWVPDX is actively following the new City of Portland government as it takes shape.
- LWVPDX is also following what’s happening with Preschool for All, an initiative we endorsed and continue to follow.
