Examining Equity in Portland Public Schools
On March 9, LWV Portland organized a panel discussion with educators from school districts in Portland to address questions of equity in the schools.
Panelists included Carole Smith, Portland Public Schools Superintendent; Barbara Rommel, David Douglas School District Superintendent; Karen Fischer Gray, Parkrose School District Superintendent; and Dan Ryan, Portland Schools Foundation CEO.
